Aceites Escario is located just 18 kilometers from Huesca capital, in the town of Sipán, about 2 kilometers from the traditional facility that is located in Los Molinos de Sipán.

With the Tozal de Guara as guardian, the Sierra witnesses how varieties of olive trees native to the area have been producing olives for hundreds of years that originate a unique extra virgin olive oil, highly valued by consumers who try it.

Dozens of generations of farmers have worked our land out of olive trees, and those varieties they left us are mixed with the new olive grove plantations.

Adding to this beautiful combination the climatic and edaphic conditions in which the Sierra de Guara intervenes, they originate an extra virgin olive oil unique for its organoleptic qualities
